Ann Lee Pond
Just south of Albany International Airport
Take exit 4 from the Adirondack Northway (I-87) - follow SR 155 west for about 2 miles - the park will be on your left


Black Creek Marsh
At the southern end of the Adrirondack Northway (I-87) take US 20 (Western Ave) west for about 2.4 miles - turn left (south) onto SR 155 - continue about 5 miles to SR 85A in Voorheesville - bear right at the "Y" intersection - travel about .5 mile to the intersection with CR 156 - follow CR 156 about .6 miles - turn right on Koonz Rd for about .25 miles - bear right onto Hennessey Rd - park well off the road where the railroad crosses Hennesey


Cherry Plain State Park
From Albany take I-90 east to exit 7 - turn left onto CR 55 (Washington Ave)  for 1.6 miles - at light, continue straight on SR 43 east to Sand Lake - at intersection with SR 66, proceed straight onto CR 42 (Taborton Rd) to Taborton


Collins Lake
Scotia, New York
From Schenectady, take SR 5 west crossing the Mohawk River via the Western Gateway Bridge towards Scotia - at north end of the bridge turn right onto Schonowe
Ave - turn left onto Kiwanis to view from the south shore - to view from the east shore, continue on Schonowe - turn left on Washington Ave - drive north to the Quinlan Park entrance



Five Rivers Environmental Education Center
Delmar, New York
From the intersection of SR 443 (Delaware Ave) and CR 52 (Elm Ave) in Delmar, proceed southwest away from Albany on SR 443 for 1.3 miles - turn right onto Orchard St - turn left onto Game Farm Rd to the main parking area


Huyck Preserve
From Albany, take SR 85 south for about 20 miles to Rensselaerville - start at the main office at the end of Main St


Peebles Island State Park
Cohoes, New York
From Albany, take I-787 north
to SR 470 (Ontario St) in Cohoes - turn right (east) on SR 470 - cross two small bridges and continue for about .5 mile - turn left onto Delaware Ave just before the third bridge - follow Delaware Ave north for about a mile to a parking area at the end



Saratoga National Historical Park
Take Exit 12 off the Adirondack Northway (I-87) - travel east on SR 67 (crossing route 9) onto Dunning Rd - take Dunning to the end to a "T" intersectoin at Saratoga Lake - turn right onto SR 9P - turn right on SR 423 for about 4 miles - turn left onto SR 32 for about 2 miles to the park entrance on the right



Vischer Ferry Nature and Historic Preserve
Clifton Park, New York
Take Exit 8 off the Adirondack Northway (I-87) - travel west on Crescent Rd for about 2 miles - turn left onto Van Vranken Rd
to the end at about 1 mile - the main parking area is directly ahead on Riverview Rd
