Help with error messages
Some possible error messages and what to do.
- The message:
An http error 0 occurred
may occur while you are uploading an image, and here are two possible causes:
- Your image is too large (has too many pixels). Follow the instructions under Preparing Photos or Scanning Images.
- If you are sure the image is not too large, it may be that someone else was uploading at the same time, and there was not enough memory for both of you. Try again later.
If the error persists, please send a note to the webmaster with details.
- Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
This has been an infrequent error message without a clear cause. Simply reloading the page usually makes it go away. If you get this error message frequently please, please send a note to the webmaster with details.
- Broken links-- If you get any of the following error messages when you click on a link, we have a broken link. Please send a note to the webmaster with details.
