September Scramble at Five Rivers

How many species of birds can we observe in one September day at Five Rivers? You are invited to help us find the answer. Come on down to the Five Rivers Environmental Education Center in Delmar on Saturday Sept 8, 2012. Walk the trails, explore the ponds and fields and check in with the event coordinators at the north pavilion all day. There are benches and picnic tables if you would prefer to do your birdwatching while seated. Bird checklists will be available there for you to record your results. Turn in your checklist(s) when you have finished or email results to the coordinators if you wish. Contact the coordinators if you can volunteer some time at the pavilion. See you there for a day of birding!
“ The Scramble” will begin at 7 a.m. and end at 5 p.m..
